Who we are

KrabyFlow is a tool to record what you own and owe, follow its value, and plan what to buy. It is provided by:

By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. This is the version of 24 September 2026.

Not financial advice

Every score, plan, projection and report in KrabyFlow is the result of rules applied to the data you entered and to market data that can be late, incomplete or wrong. None of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and none of it takes your personal situation into account. PentaLab SRL is not an investment firm or adviser and is not supervised by the FSMA, the Belgian financial markets authority. The decisions are yours. Check a price with your broker before you trade.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
• Keep your password to yourself. What happens in your account is your responsibility until you tell us it was compromised.
• One person per account. Accounts for advisers and teams will come with their own terms.

Who sells the paid plans

The paid plans are sold to you by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe is the seller on the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax due, and issues the receipts and invoices, which come from Stripe. Refunds and a withdrawal (below) go through Stripe’s process: ask us, or use the link on Stripe’s receipt, and Stripe makes the refund to the way you paid. PentaLab SRL provides the service itself, and everything in these terms about the service is between you and PentaLab SRL.

Plans, renewal and cancelling

• Free costs nothing and has no end date.
• A paid plan is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews on its own at the end of each period, for the same length, until you cancel it.
• To cancel, open Settings, then Plans, press Manage subscription and choose Cancel subscription in Stripe’s billing portal. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Deleting your account cancels it too. Apart from the cases below, there is no refund for the rest of a month or a year.
• Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. What is over the new limits stays and keeps working; you cannot add more until you are under the limit.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase of a paid plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, and get all of your money back, even though the plan started at once and you used it. Write to us at contact@thepentalab.com or use the link on Stripe’s receipt; Stripe refunds the full amount to the way you paid, and the account goes back to the free plan. Nothing you entered is deleted.

Changes to prices, features or these terms

We change prices, features or these terms only for a reason: a change in the law or in what a court or authority requires, a change in the cost of the market data sources the service depends on, to stop abuse, or for security. We tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, by email and in the app. If you do not accept it, you can leave before it applies: cancel the plan, and we refund the unused part of the period you paid for. A change that is only in your favour, or that the law or security requires at once, can apply sooner.

Referrals

• Every account has a referral link and code. Someone who creates their account with it gets 15% off any paid plan for their first 12 months, on their first subscription only.
• The account that referred them earns 15% of what that person pays, before tax, during those 12 months. It is credit: it reduces the invoices of the referrer’s own plan, cannot be paid out or transferred, and lapses when the account is closed.
• A payment that is refunded earns nothing, and credit already given for it is taken back.
• Creators we have approved earn cash instead, on the terms agreed with them. It is paid by bank transfer against an invoice, after a holding period. A creator says clearly, wherever the link or code is shared, that it is an affiliate link.
• Referring yourself, fake accounts, and advertising the link as if it came from us are not allowed. We may withhold what was earned that way and end the referral terms of an account that does it. We may change or end the programme; what was already earned stays earned.

Acceptable use

Use KrabyFlow for your own portfolio. Do not try to break into it, overload it, read other people’s data, or resell access. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.

Your data

What you enter stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time and delete the account yourself.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, and we back the database up every night. We do not promise it will never be interrupted. If a feature you pay for is withdrawn, you may cancel and be refunded the unused part of the period you paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PentaLab SRL is not liable for losses that follow from investment decisions, from market data being wrong or late, or from the service being unavailable, nor for lost profits or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for intentional fault, or for what the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here takes away the rights consumer law gives you.

Force majeure

Neither of us is responsible for failing to do what these terms say when the cause is beyond reasonable control, such as a failure of the hosting provider or of the networks, a market data source stopping, a natural disaster, or a decision of an authority, for as long as that cause lasts.

Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by deleting your account. We can end it with 30 days’ notice, or at once if these terms are seriously breached. If we end it without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Either way you can export your data first.

The rest of the agreement

• Severability. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, that part is replaced by the valid rule closest to it, and the rest stays in force.
• Assignment. PentaLab SRL may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over KrabyFlow, after telling you, as long as your rights under it are not reduced; you may then leave as described above. You may not transfer your account to someone else.
• Waiver. Not enforcing a term once does not give it up.

Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the French-speaking Enterprise Court of Brussels. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law of the country where you live or your right to go to its courts.
